Our client, a successful real estate company, is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to provide expert legal guidance and support for a diverse portfolio of shopping centers. This role involves managing complex legal matters, advising senior leadership, and ensuring compliance across various property-level operations. The ideal candidate will excel in contract negotiations, litigation supervision, and corporate law.
