HR Generalist - Full‑Time (Temp to Hire) Location: SeaTac, WA Rate: $24.00/Hour The Human Resources Generalist will partner with business management to administer daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department, including talent acquisition, policy administration, employee relations, and orientation. Responsibilities Partner with managers to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns. Maintain and update employee records to ensure compliance and accuracy. Prepare reports and track HR processes across multiple software platforms. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality. Prior customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment a plus.
