Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic
Fort Pierce, FL All Roads Trucks

If you have strong diesel mechanical skills and are ready for a new challenge, we want to talk you! All Roads Trucks/Kenworth of South Florida in Fort Pierce, FL is hiring a experienced Diesel Technician Mechanic to join our growing team. Put your skills to work immediately in a role that values strong work ethic, quick learning, and attention to detail. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required. Prior Kenworth experience is a plus.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly pay: $25-$40 (based on experience)
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $5,000 for qualified candidates
• Full-time Monday - Saturday

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and recondition Kenworth trucks as directed by the Service Manager
• Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems
• Perform welding and fabrication work as needed
• Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates
• Maintain accurate and detailed repair records
• Communicate with the factory for technical support
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technical advancements
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Diesel technician experience ( Kenworth preferred )
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Welding experience a plus

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to talk, listen, stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms
• Must be able to lift, carry, and transport materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally more than 50 lbs.
