Position: Grade 1 Substitute Teacher

Contract Period: 2026-2027 Academic Year (Flexible/Short-term as needed)
About the Role
We are seeking a warm, patient, and energetic Substitute Teacher to support our Grade 1 classes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a talent for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young learners in an international school setting.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Native English speaker.
- Prior experience working with young children (grade one students age between 6 to 7 years old ) in a classroom or educational setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different teaching plans.
- Must be able to pass a background check and a brief teaching demonstration.
- Experience in international or bilingual primary schools is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: 200,000 to 400,000 rmb (Negotiable based on qualifications and contract type)
- Work Schedule: Standard primary school calendar, Monday to Friday, weekends off.
- Visa: Full work visa sponsorship provided for eligible candidates.
