A large Central Coast California-based farming operation is looking to hire an Experienced Farm Operations Manager. This position offers a competitive compensation package, company vehicle, health insurance, 401K and more. Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise and coordinate the operations necessary for crop production, including but not limited to crop production, maintenance, planting, cultivating, harvest, etc.
• Help manage the scheduling of fertilizer applications, irrigation, and chemical applications
• Consistently communicate about farm activities, challenges, and management decisions
• Support innovation of farm practices and ensure proper safety procedures for personnel and equipment are always followed
  
  
  Qualifications
• Have a bachelor's degree or higher in related agricultural field
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a farm managing role
• Must be PCA licensed and CCA certified
• Have excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Must currently reside in the U.S. and have a valid driver's license and be open to travel
