Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Entry Level Administrative Assistant for a prominent and well-established corporation with a national footprint. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced office setting. The selected candidate will coordinate and communicate to ensure efficient daily operations and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and completing basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other business documents with a high degree of accuracy.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports in both digital and physical formats.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including mail and email communications.
  • Draft and prepare responses to routine correspondence and routing inquiries.
  • Maintain organized filing systems to ensure efficient document access and compliance with company standards.
  • Support internal teams by conducting research and compiling requested information.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics as needed.
  • Safeguard confidential information and maintain data integrity across administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0–2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience preparing professional business correspondence and reports.
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge and familiarity with invoice processing.
  • Ability to manage electronic and physical records management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within established deadlines.
