Are you an energetic, detail-oriented leader ready to manage and elevate the daily operations of a busy dental office? Monticciolo Family and Sedation Dentistry is looking for a skilled Dental Office Manager fluent in English and Spanish to oversee the non-clinical operations of our Dunedin location. Dental Office Manager

Oversee daily non-clinical operations of the Dunedin dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent patient experiences.

Manage recruitment, training, performance, and development of non-clinical staff to build a motivated and effective team.

Deliver superior patient service by promptly addressing concerns and resolving dissatisfaction in line with company policies, dental board standards, and government regulations.

Supervise office staff directly, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Utilize Dentrix practice management software and Microsoft Office applications to manage scheduling, patient records, and reporting.

Maintain compliance with all operational policies and regulatory requirements.

Analyze office performance metrics and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Cultivate strong internal relationships and build rapport with patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

full-time $50,600 - $60,600 per year

• Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (5+ years)

2 to 5 years of experience in a Dental Office Manager role or similar leadership position within a dental practice.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to make independent decisions.

Demonstrated competitive spirit with a drive to exceed goals and maximize opportunities.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide immediate and effective solutions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Dentrix practice management software.

Prior dental office experience with knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

Ability to build strong relationships with staff and patients, promoting a positive culture.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
