TitleDental Office Manager
Job DescriptionManage, organize and maintain the functions associated with the operation of the front desk, including scheduling, collections and data entry
Responsible for office profit & loss by managing patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections and receivables, and miscellaneous operations expenses
Ensure providers schedules are maintained, full, and are balanced efficiently
Retain committed team members and identify and resolve employee issues
Maintain/Oversee staff schedules, time clocks and payroll
Monitor/Oversee ordering of clinical and office supplies
Management of staff
Maintain records and monthly reporting
Experience with dental insurance including PPO and Dentical
Salary Rangefull-time $23 - $28 per hour
$23 to $28 per hour
Shift & ScheduleMonday to Friday
RequirementsXray license is a must
Preferences1 - 3 years of management experience, must
1 year of experience working in a dental office
Knowledgeable with dental insurance billing and eligibility.
Able to easily communicate with people (being bubbly and extroverted is a huge plus)
