Cross Dock Data Entry Representative - 2nd Shift

Location: Fontana, CA

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Start Date: May 5, 2026

Job Type: Temporary


Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cross Dock Data Entry Representative to support billing and clerical operations in a fast-paced office environment.


Responsibilities:

• Process billing tasks accurately and efficiently
  
  
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook)
  
  
• Perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
  
  
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  
  
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  
  
• Overtime availability required

Training Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  
  
• First two weeks required

Preferred Qualifications:

• AS400 and RVI experience (preferred, not required)
  
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
  
• Flexible schedule (OT, weekends, coverage as needed)
