Fulltime Employment Opportunity - Flexibility To Work RemotelyThe Contracts Analyst is responsible for the following:Administers contracts and agreements in accordance with federal government regulations and company policies and procedures, manages and negotiates customer changes to such agreementsOversees day-to-day contract actions in a fast-paced environmentExamines terms of solicitations, requirements, and delivery schedules to provide written reviews to management identifying and mitigating risks to ensure accuracy and completenessActively participates in new business pursuit/proposal activity requiring a sound knowledge of competitive and sole source proposal preparation processes as well as Truthful Cost or Pricing RequirementsAdvises pursuit team, program team, and management of contractual rights and obligationsEffective communicator within program multi-functional teams, contracts professionals, internal management, and all levels of customer counterpartsCompiles and analyzes data and maintains historical informationManagement of multiple priorities and fulfillment of company obligations and commitmentsThe position will require interaction with internal and external customers, including the U.S. Government (USG)QualificationsRequires professional working experience in Government customer interface with prime or subcontractor experience across large-scale programs. Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 3 years of prior related experienceMust have experience and a thorough understanding of the requirements of applicable procurement regulations (FAR / DFARS)Must have experience (in Industry) negotiating and administering contracts of varying size, type, and complexity with USG customersMust have the ability to interpret contractual requirements and provide guidance to program personnel and managementMust have the ability to function independently under minimal guidance and effectively manage competing priorities under rapidly evolving circumstancesMust have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems and minimize company riskMust be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookMust possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills necessary for working in a team environment and influencing othersMust be an action-oriented self-starter with attention to detail, possess rigorous adherence to deadlines, and skill at identifying problems and communicating potential solutionsMust be eligible to obtain a TS/SCI clearancePreferred Additional SkillsExperience in defense and aerospace industriesExperience and understanding of OTA transactionsAbility to mentor, develop and lead training for teamExperience in the negotiation of Nondisclosure Agreements (NDA), Contractor Teaming Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding/AgreementWorking knowledge of Intellectual Property considerations and regulationsActive TS/SCI ClearanceSalary: The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000Location: This role is hybrid (a combination of in-office and work-from-home) from our Cambridge, MA, or Reston, VA office.
