Job Description
A well-established luxury residential construction firm based in Brooklyn is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant with previous construction administration experience to support their growing operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a premier high-end construction company working on signature residential projects across New York City.
This is a full-time, in-office position.
What You'll Be Doing
• Providing day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the construction team
• Managing and maintaining spreadsheets with accurate data entry in Excel
• Organizing files, documents, and project records across active construction projects
• Supporting general office and operational needs as required
• Working within TimberScan for document management and invoice processing
• Assisting with Sage 300 accounting software
What We're Looking For
• Previous construction administration experience required — candidates without this background will not be considered
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
• Familiarity with Sage 300 and/or TimberScan needed
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
