This candidate must possess excellent typing skills and have a firm grasp on Microsoft Office. We are looking for an individual who is organized and understands fundamental customer service skills. Construction experience and understanding blueprints and related software such as Bluebeam, On Center and Building Connected is preferred but is not required for consideration.

This position is primarily based on data entry and the idea of providing electronic and printed information to our Estimators and Project Managers in a construction setting where we are bidding our services to General Contractors and Construction Management providers. This data and information to be obtained, packaged and presented includes but is not limited to:

• Logging in estimates, drawings, downloads, job specs and other details.
• Setting-up electronic folders in the share drive/ S drive in order to organize logged items consistently.
• Forward drawings electronically to subcontractors and suppliers for pricing.
• Entering proposals into the Estimate Log.
• Organizes, saves and prepares electronic proposal folders.
• Creates, sends and logs proposals for Estimators and Project Managers.
• Prepares and logs Job Set-Up forms when we are awarded a project.
• Prepares and sends proposals as needed in order to achieve standardized and professional presentation to all customers.
• Saves and sends tickets to customers.
• Some Payroll.
• Invoices
• Ordering Office Supplies.
