How You Will Make an Impact Execute complex commercial and industrial plumbing installations in strict accordance with blueprints and local codes. Manage daily field operations to ensure mechanical projects are delivered safely and on schedule. Coordinate with project managers and site superintendents to maintain strict project timelines and material efficiency. Maintain accurate daily documentation regarding project progress and quality control standards. Resolve real-time technical challenges and logistical issues on site to maximize plumbing system performance. Mentor and guide junior apprentices in the field to foster a culture of professional growth and safety. Required Qualifications & Experience Active State of Texas Licensed Plumber designation. Proven experience executing complex commercial or industrial plumbing work with minimal oversight. Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed mechanical drawings, specifications, and project layouts. Willingness to travel up to 10% for specific project assignments as required by the business. Strong communication and organizational skills necessary for managing field installations and team dynamics. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in the mechanical and HVAC trade. Demonstrated experience in mentorship or training junior team members in a field environment. Advanced knowledge of industrial plumbing systems and specialized federal or government installations.
