Minimum Qualifications 84 months of COBOL programming experience. 84 months of JCL experience. 84 months of IBM DB2 experience working with databases. 60 months of IDMS Database experience. 60 months of experience writing technical design specification documents for multifaceted component‑based systems. 60 months of system analysis and design experience for multi‑tiered transactional systems.
