Established law practice is expanding and hiring a Litigation Paralegal. Compensation is commensurate with experience with regular opportunities for pay increases based on performance. This is an in office and work from home opportunity. Applicants must have at least 1 year of civil litigation experience. Individuals with experience in personal injury, personal injury plaintiff or PIP, and insurance defense litigation are also encouraged to apply. Must have experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant preparing discovery, motions, schedule hearings, etc. Duties will include working PI litigation cases through settlement.
