DESCRIPTION of the position: The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) works directly with children with disabilities, to provide in-home care and support. Behavior Support Aides Service delivery includes structured tasks that consist of a comprehensive functional behavioral assessment of challenging behavior(s).
