The Main Responsibilities of Catering Staff and Drivers: Taking catering orders via telephone and entering them into our system. Preparing and packaging food for catering orders. Transporting food to catering client locations. Set up of catering food when client requests it. We do not stay on site to serve food or breakdown, only deliver and set up upon request. Catering Staff Job Description: We are looking for qualified catering support staff to assist the Catering Supervisor and dept. in production, packaging and delivering catering meals to meet the needs of the client. Catering staff working with us must be able to prepare food in a clean kitchen area and comply with all the health and safety regulations while doing so. Outstanding customer service is a must, so the catering staff we hire must always meet all our customers' needs and expectations, as well as attend to all the potential customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
