Responsibilities - Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
- Support childrens social and emotional development
- Build positive and effective relationships with families
- Collaborate with Lead Teachers and the school faculty
Qualifications - Associate or Bachelors degree in early childhood education or related field (preferred)
- CDA credential (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with children, parents, and staff
- Dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Compassionate and patient with young children
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (including lifting infants in and out of cribs, as applicable)
