Our Recruiter is accountable for: 

• Managing a large requisition workload
• Consulting with hiring managers on recruitment strategy and process
• Holding hiring managers accountable regarding process and compliance matters
• Maintaining organization across a large book of work
• Utilize advanced recruitment tools and technologies to source, screen, and engage candidates, optimizing the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead and mentor junior recruiters, providing guidance on best practices, coaching on complex recruitment challenges, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Manage and negotiate offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages that align with market standards and organizational budgets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and external partners, to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage a large workload 
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment 
• Strong client-facing recruiter background 
• Skilled in consulting and advising hiring managers 
• Confident in constructively pushing back on clients for process and compliance 
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments 
• Experience working with lower-volume, slower-paced roles: nice to have

Base pay range for this position is $25 – $38 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
